class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E468\">The consideration that the residents receive varies from project to project and depends on various factors \u2013 the size of the plot, the scope construction<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"E569\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E570\">During the construction period, the residents are forced to leave their old apartment and move to alternative housing<\/span><span id=\"E571\">.<\/span><span id=\"E573\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"E574\">Therefore, one of the important components of the consideration is<\/span> <span
