Son objectif principal \u00e9tait de renforcer les b\u00e2timents anciens construits avant 1980 contre les tremblements de terre, mais dans les faits, il est \u00e9galement devenu un outil d\u2019am\u00e9lioration significative des b\u00e2timents et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des r\u00e9sidents<\/span><span id=\"E395\">.<\/span><span id=\"E397\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"E398\">Au fil des ans, deux voies principales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es&nbsp;: TAMA 38\/1 (renforcement et densification du b\u00e2timent existant) <\/span><span id=\"E400\">et TAMA<\/span><span id=\"E402\"> 38\/2 (d\u00e9molition et reconstruction) \u2013 la deuxi\u00e8me voie \u00e9tant devenue la plus populaire en raison de ses avantages \u00e9vidents<\/span><span id=\"E403\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E404\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E405\">Dans cet article, nous examinerons les principes du plan, nous examinerons les diff\u00e9rences entre d\u2019obliger les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019appartements \u00e0 supporter les co\u00fbts de renforcement du b\u00e2timent, l\u2019\u00c9tat a offert une incitation aux entrepreneurs&nbsp;: le droit d\u2019ajouter des \u00e9tages et de nouveaux appartements en \u00e9change du renforcement ou de la d\u00e9molition et de la reconstruction du b\u00e2timent<\/span><span id=\"E460\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E461\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E462\">Les r\u00e9sidents, quant \u00e0 eux, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un appartement neuf ou am\u00e9lior\u00e9, avec une pi\u00e8ce s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, un balcon et un parking, sans rien payer<\/span><span id=\"E463\">.<\/span><span id=\"E465\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span id=\"E466\">Le r\u00e9sultat est une situation <\/span><strong><span id=\"E467\">gagnant-gagnant<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"E468\"> \u2013 <\/span><span id=\"E469\"> <\/span><span id=\"E470\">la ville se renouvelle, les b\u00e2timents sont renforc\u00e9s et les r\u00e9sidents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration significative de la valeur de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/span><span d\u00e9moli<\/span><span id=\"E490\">. <\/span><span id=\"E491\">L\u2019entrepreneur renforce ses fondations, ajoute des pi\u00e8ces s\u00e9curis\u00e9es, un ascenseur, des balcons et parfois aussi un
